These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and DogeFace LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States ("DogeFace," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DogeFace website, applications, software, tools, APIs, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you possess full legal authority to enter into these Terms.
The Service includes AI-generated content, automated systems, digital assets, physical products, third-party integrations, and optional human review.
The Service is provided AS IS, AS AVAILABLE, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Outputs are probabilistic and non-deterministic.
You acknowledge that: The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind. You assume all risk associated with reliance on outputs. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, quality, resemblance, or outcomes.
DogeFace reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, restrict, throttle, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
This includes, without limitation: Temporarily disabling generation features, adjusting credit pricing or availability, suspending free credit programs, rate limiting or blocking access.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity conducted under your account.
DogeFace is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential compromise, phishing, social engineering, device loss, or third-party access.
You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Inputs").
By submitting User Inputs, you grant DogeFace a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, process, store, modify, analyze, display, and distribute such content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent that: You own or have rights to all submitted content. Your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
All AI-generated outputs ("Generated Content") are owned exclusively by DogeFace LLC.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Generated Content for personal purposes only.
You may not: Commercialize or resell Generated Content, use Generated Content for branding, advertising, NFTs, or merchandise, claim Generated Content as original authorship.
By using the Service, you agree that DogeFace may use User Inputs and interaction data, in aggregated and anonymized form, to improve systems, train or fine-tune models, enhance safety, and develop new features.
You acknowledge that similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users and that no compensation is owed.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to Stripe's terms.
A. Credits: Credits have no cash value. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits may expire or be revoked.
B. Pricing Changes: DogeFace may modify pricing, credit costs, or availability at any time.
A. No Guaranteed Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL except where required by law. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at DogeFace's discretion as a goodwill gesture and do not create precedent.
B. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a breach of these Terms. DogeFace reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts associated with chargebacks, revoke credits or Generated Content, submit account data, usage logs, and consent records to Stripe or payment networks.
C. Abuse of Refunds: Repeated refund requests, disputes, or chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
DogeFace reserves the right to investigate, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and exploitation, including but not limited to: Multi-accounting for free credits, phone number reuse or VoIP abuse, automated or scripted usage, payment fraud or stolen payment methods.
Actions may include: Immediate suspension or termination, revocation of credits or access, blocking IPs, devices, or identifiers, reporting to payment processors.
DogeFace has no obligation to provide notice prior to enforcement.
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to verification, security, account notifications, and (if opted in) marketing.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. DogeFace does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Users aged 13–17 represent they have parental consent. Guardians are fully responsible for minor use.
DogeFace complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).

Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction and are not listed on any restricted party list.
You agree to comply with U.S. export laws, including EAR and OFAC regulations.
The Service is not intended for high-risk uses under the EU AI Act.
Users are solely responsible for downstream compliance. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights are preserved where required.
You assume all risks arising from use of the Service, including reliance on Generated Content and downstream consequences.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOGEFACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DOGEFACE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
CALIFORNIA USERS WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DogeFace LLC from all claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION.
Claims are limited to individual relief only. Users may not act as private attorneys general or seek representative or public remedies.
Regulatory authority is preserved only where legally required.
DogeFace shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. IP, liability, arbitration, fraud, and payment provisions survive termination.
Applicable law is determined by user residency:
California, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois residents: local law + FAA
All others: law of DogeFace LLC's state of formation
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DogeFace LLC and supersede all prior agreements.
