We use collected information for the following purposes: Creating and managing user accounts, authenticating users and verifying phone numbers via one-time passcodes (OTP), delivering account-related notifications, processing payments and preventing fraud, providing and improving AI-generated content and related services, operating, securing, maintaining, and debugging the Service, providing customer support, enforcing Terms and preventing abuse, complying with legal obligations.
SMS-SPECIFIC USES (TWILIO-RELEVANT): Phone numbers are used only for: Account verification and authentication, account security and transactional notifications, SMS marketing messages only if you explicitly opt in. We do not send SMS marketing messages without affirmative opt-in consent.
A. Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from DogeFace consistent with your selected preferences.
B. Message Types: SMS messages may include: One-time passcodes (OTP), account security alerts, account notifications, marketing messages (opt-in only).
C. Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may obtain assistance by replying HELP.
D. Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
E. Consent Records: We maintain records of SMS consent, including timestamp, IP address, and consent state, for compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.
We use cookies and similar technologies for: Session management, authentication, analytics and performance monitoring, fraud prevention.
You may disable cookies through browser settings, though some functionality may be limited.
Uploaded images, prompts, and interaction data may be processed by automated systems to generate outputs.
We may use data in aggregated and anonymized form to: Improve system performance, train or fine-tune AI models, enhance safety, reliability, and output quality.

Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. DogeFace does not store full credit card numbers.
Stripe's use of personal information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to: Provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse.
Data may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business interests.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks.
A. U.S. Residents (CCPA / CPRA): You may have the right to: Request access to personal information, request correction or deletion, opt out of certain data processing. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
B. EU / UK Residents (GDPR): You may have the right to: Access, rectify, or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent where applicable.

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
